Basic camp program and camp pack-up
Craft will start at 8:30 pm on Friday and dorms will be open at 7:00 pm. In consideration of other campers and staff, we would appreciate it if you do not arrive any earlier than 7 pm as the site may be occupied and we’ll need to clean and set up for camp.
There are no duty groups for this camp, but we ask for a few volunteers to set tables for meals and clear and wipe tables at the end of the meal.
Start and end of camp information
Camp check-in time is 7:00 pm on Friday and then we get straight into the camp from then!
Camp finishes at 3:00 pm on Sunday.
Below is a basic outline of the camp for you to look over

7:00 pm – Arrive, welcome, settle in, housekeeping
9:00 pm – Supper
Saturday
8:00 am – Breakfast
10:30 am – Morning tea
12:30 pm – Lunch
5:30 pm – Dinner
9:00 pm – Supper
Sunday
8:00 am – Breakfast
9:30 am – Church with Worship (no crafting during this time)
10:30 am – Morning tea
12:30 pm – Lunch
Pack Up
3:00 pm – Depart
Below are the things that need to happen for camp pack-up
For the Dining Room and Meeting Hall can everyone please pitch in and help each other.
Dorms
- Remove personal items from the dorm
- Sweep the floor
- Empty the bin
- Flush the toilet
- Please switch off the lights
Dining Room
- Clean chairs and tables
- Stack chairs
- Folding tables
- Sweep floor
Meeting Room
- Pack up
- Clean & stack chairs
- Leave the tables
- Pick up as much as possible off the floors, so that they are ready to be vacuumed.
