Transport Options
When you registered for camp we only had one option for transport as we didn’t have everything worked out when registrations were opened. Now that we are closer to camp we have a few options to make your way to and from camp. If you would like to make a change to your drop off or pick up for this camp you must get in contact with us by calling us on 8572 7262 or emailing us at CYCCamps@cycsa.org.au before Friday the 6th of October. If we do not hear from you we’ll see you at Rapid Bay.
If campers are not booked on the bus they will not be permitted to travel on the bus as seats must be booked in to ensure there’s room.
For all of our stops we allow 15 minutes for loading and unloading. Please ensure that you are at the stops before the Drop-off time and Pick-up time, if you are late the bus may not wait for you! If you miss the assigned time then you may have to meet the bus at the next stop.
Coming to Camp
On the first day of the camp Tuesday the 10th of October
El Shaddai Camping Centre

Drop-off Time: 8:15 am
Bus Departure: 8:30 am
Strathalbyn Information Centre
Address: 20 South Terrace, Strathalbyn SA 5255
Please meet our staff in the information centre car park
Drop-off Time: 9:25 am
Bus Departure: 9:40 am
Rapid Bay Campground
Address: 1 Essington Lewis Drive, Rapid Bay SA 5204
Please note that the campground doesn’t have an address and that this is the closest address that we can offer, the driveway for the campground is the first on the left after turning onto Essington Drive. Please meet our staff at the car park next to the public toilets.
Drop-off Time: 11:00 am
Leaving From Camp
On the last day of the camp Friday the 13th of October
Rapid Bay Campground
